  方管表面热处理是为改变精拉异型方钢表面的组织和性能,仅对其表面进行热处理的工艺。其中表面淬火是常用的表面热处理方法。异型方钢表面淬火是指仅对工件表层进行淬火的工艺。

  其目的是使工件表面获得高硬度和高耐磨性,而心部保持较好的塑性和韧性,以提高其在扭转、弯曲、应力或在摩擦、冲击、接触应力等工作条件下的使用寿命。

  方管表面淬火不改变工件表面化学成分,而是采用快速加热方式,使工件表层迅速奥氏体化,使心部仍处于临界点以下,并随之悴火,从而使精拉异型方钢表面硬化。按加热方法的不同,表面淬火方法主要有感应淬火、火焰悴火和接触电阻加热淬火等。目前生产中应用多的是感应悴火。

  在方管进行变形矫正的时候,必须要先矫正角度的变形,之后再将弯曲变形的地方矫正直。矫正变形的家导读可以先做成九十度角形凹凸模具,然后用机械压顶法来矫正,有部分角度的局部会变形,可以以矫直一起操作,而当角度大了就用锤子击打让它的角度变成九十度,角度小了的话就用角度锤或者是手锤放在里面把角度扩开,达到九十度。而弯曲的变形就需要放在矫架上面然后根据长度来进行捶打,要求就是要又准又稳。

When the square tube is deformed, it must first correct the angular deformation, and then straighten out the area of the bending deformation.
